Account Executive

LEVELTWO is a full-service marketing/advertising agency committed to building our clients brands and delivering real ROI. We are currently looking for an account executive or account supervisor with a can-do attitude and commitment to quality. Ideal candidates have a degree in advertising, marketing or related field with 2-5 years experience managing advertising projects and budgets with a heavy emphasis on print, collateral and direct/marriage mail.

Responsibilities Include

• Maintain client relationships, interpreting their needs into actionable direction and ensuring creative and other deliverables are on target, on brand and based on sound strategy.
• Develop cost estimates, manage/track project costs, and monitor project profitability.
• Serve as liaison for the creative process (develop creative briefs, implement and keep team on timelines, etc.).
• Manage day-to-day activities in the development and execution of turnkey solutions to meet clients’ objectives and budget parameters.
• Report to and keep account director abreast of daily operations.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years agency experience (salary is within industry average for this level).
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality of work.
• Must be a guru at organization and multi-tasking.
• Exceptional attention to detail including proofing own work as well as work of others.
• An outstanding work ethic:  we don’t have a lot of rules, so, you need to be a self-starter with the ability to solve problems.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to branding/brand management.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
• Consumer goods or retail account experience a plus.
• Experience managing budgets and billing.
