Associate Producer-Editor

We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time Producer/Editor on the media team at First Baptist Dallas. This is a highly creative position with the need for great project management skills. The Producer/Editor will report directly to the Senior Producer and be responsible for managing video projects from concept to completion. This includes discussing needs with clients, managing budgets, creating production schedules, coordinating photographers and film crews, managing deadlines and client expectations, and editing the final products.

The ideal candidate has a passion for great stories and has the creative vision to take an idea from a client, identify a story, and create an engaging finished product. Full video editing skills are required (audio, graphics, color correction). Candidates should be proficient in Final Cut Pro and have strong working knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects. A Bachelors degree in a related field and/or 3+ years industry experience is required.

This position requires proactive problem solving skills and an understanding of the importance of brand standards. Working as a member of a team is critical to success in this role.   A competitive salary and a strong benefits package are available.
