Graphic Designer

We need a creative team player with outstanding communication and technical skills, a superior sense of style, and a passion for outstanding work.

Responsibilities include: 

• Creating marketing materials for print and web including static and rich media banner ads, brochures, marketing flyers, direct mail, Html emails, print advertisements, logos and trade show exhibits.
• Creating designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
• Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief in the initial concept phase
• Playing a part in the upgrade, manage and maintenance of agency website

Qualifications:

• 3‐5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Commercial Art, Visual Communications, or Computer Graphics
• Well‐developed page layout and creative design skills for print and web including static and rich media banner ads, brochures, marketing flyers, direct mail, Html emails, print advertisements, logos and trade show exhibits.
• Proficiency using the latest software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Web skills a plus (Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML)
• Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles, a wide variety of media, and production methods
• Understanding of brand strategies and target audiences
• Demonstrated excellence in graphic design, typography, color sense and paper selection and a high degree of innovation through the professional portfolio
• Excellent analytic thinking and creative problem solving skills for visual information design
• Candidate will be a supportive team member as well as work independently on multiple projects. Reports both to Associate Creative Director and Creative Director
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills required
• Flexible and ability to handle both change and constructive criticism – we do not tolerate egos or prima donnas
• Detailed oriented with the ability to follow directions within the corporate standards.
• Willingness to pitch in and help others, do whatever it takes to get the best job done
