Web Designer/Developer

Responsibilities:
- Design online marketing materials such as web pages, banners, eBlasts, and other web graphics
- Turn mock-ups into fully functional HTML
- Develop and implement user-driven templates, with dynamic programming and interfaces
- Develop mobile versions of campaigns
- Extensive testing throughout browsers and email software
- Work with art director and advertising director and other designers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic or web design or marketing related field
- Experience and skills in HTML, Programming, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Comprehensive knowledge of current web technology and best practices
- Understanding and ability to product print collateral as needed
- Organized and able to act independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an attention to detail
- Adhere to corporate identity standards
- Strong yew for design and typography
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience with hardware and software issues.
- Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
